Roofline is a roofing company based in South Yorkshire, working on homes and commercial buildings across the whole of Yorkshire and the Humber: West, South, North and East Yorkshire, Hull, Teesside and the towns on the south bank of the Humber. We do the whole roof: repairs, full re-roofs in tile, slate, pantile and stone, flat roofs, chimneys, leadwork, gutters, fascias and soffits, and the commercial and industrial work that keeps businesses dry.
We started Roofline because we kept seeing the same things on Yorkshire roofs: ridges re-bedded in mortar for the third time, fascias capped over rot, leaks patched with mastic, quotes that were a number on a card. None of it is difficult to do properly. It just takes people who care about the roof after the van has gone.
Yorkshire is not one roofing job. Stone slate on a Pennine cottage, Welsh slate on a Leeds terrace, pantiles in York or Hull, concrete tiles on a post-war estate and a flat roof over a 1970s extension all fail differently and want different materials and fixings. Working across the region means we see all of them every week, and we bring the right materials for the house in front of us rather than the ones that happen to be on the van.
Roofs that last, from people who answer the phone themselves. That is the whole idea.
Four things we will not compromise on
Honest advice first
If a repair will do, we say so. If the roof is finished, we say that too and explain why. We would rather lose a job than sell you the wrong one.
Done to the standard
BS 5534 fixings, dry ridges, lead to the published codes, safe access every time. Not because someone is checking, but because it is how a roof should be done.
You see the work
Every job is photographed before and after and the photos are sent to you. Most people never see their own roof. Our customers do.
Yorkshire-wide, not faceless
